Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, production-grade features across the sales platform.
- Utilize AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and data teams to address goals and technical constraints.
- Communicate proactively about risks and tradeoffs to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards.
- Write maintainable code and participate in design reviews.
- Balance shipping speed with quality in development processes.
- Mentor and support teammates through collaboration.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, and observability.
- Experience as an individual contributor on a team with ownership of work.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and communication.
