Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features for native iOS and Android apps.
- Contribute to a shared mobile architecture while growing expertise in both platforms.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to enhance patient care.
- Drive architectural direction for mobile platform features and performance.
- Champion mobile quality through code reviews and testing practices.
- Integrate AI and LLM-powered features to improve patient engagement.
- Own features from scoping to launch and iterate based on user data.
- Work closely with clinical and operations teams to align app functionality with patient care.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile engineering experience with production features in iOS or Android.
- Deep expertise in Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android).
- Willingness to work across both platforms and contribute to the non-primary platform.
- Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering complex mobile features from scope to launch.
- Strong sense of ownership and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
