Base Salary
$208k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic AI solutions and maintain a centralized AI platform with unified APIs.
- Lead the architecture of the Risk Adjustment Coding Agent, including clinical NLP integration, production routing, evidence classifiers, clinical evidence graphs, and deterministic policy engines.
- Integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools with Product Engineering teams.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and establish the technical vision and roadmap for the AI platform.
- Ensure security, privacy, regulatory compliance, explainability, and auditability throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize AI workloads across compute and storage layers and conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years working on AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Risk Adjustment coding experience is preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex and changing technologies, work independently and collaboratively, handle confidential information, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
