Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop automation with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and maintain at least 80% Apex test coverage.
- Gather requirements from business analysts and stakeholders and produce technical design documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
- Participate in Salesforce release management, including sandbox management, deployments, change sets, and DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain documentation, communicate project status, support team members, and help meet project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on professional Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Formulas.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Understanding of integration patterns and experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or native Salesforce callouts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in place of the degree.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Preferred: Experience with Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Preferred: Java, Python, or JavaScript experience outside the Salesforce context.
- Preferred: Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
