Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Evaluate software requirements, operational feasibility, installations, and system modifications.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, project specifications, and status reports.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress with team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Startburst.
- Ability to understand software requirements, systems flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and performance improvement.
- Ability to design test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
