Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle architecture and estimation activities, translating business needs into delivery approaches and implementation plans.
  • Guide solution design across Oracle applications, integration points, and process flows.
  • Review project scope, assumptions, effort models, delivery risks, and resourcing decisions.
  • Advise clients on Oracle technology options, process standardization, and implementation approaches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, architecture reviews, and solution validation.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials covering estimates, architecture decisions, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
  • Apply Oracle AI and emerging technologies to solution strategies, automation opportunities, and implementation methods.
  • Coach team members on technical consultation, requirements elicitation, and technology implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 18 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written English proficiency required.
  • Relevant fields of study include accounting, business, commerce, computer engineering, computer science, computer and information science, finance, human resources management, information technology, and management information systems.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in a Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module is preferred.
  • Oracle AI or Oracle Cloud implementation experience in client-facing programs is preferred.
  • Experience leading complex Oracle architecture and estimation discussions and translating business needs into scope, estimates, and delivery plans is preferred.
