Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions and multi-agent workflows using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Deploy RAG systems using connectors, workflows, and recipes to provide context-aware responses from LLMs.
- Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for reliable LLM and agent workflow execution.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, monitor, and improve scalable AI-driven architectures and agent frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making and dynamic retrieval.
- Work with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions aligned with technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge sharing, and the Workato knowledge base.
- Participate in product development from ideation through implementation and assist the product manager with technical and design specifications.
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience, including at least one year of Workato experience.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with integration projects, automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Experience with Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation tools is preferred.
- Cloud technology experience, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with cloud business applications such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is preferred.
- Knowledge of API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, critical-thinking, analytical, prioritization, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
