Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions and autonomous multi-agent workflows using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Develop and deploy RAG systems using connectors, workflows, and recipes to provide grounded, real-time LLM responses.
- Develop prompting, memory-management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs and agents.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, monitor, and improve scalable AI architectures, agent frameworks, and AI-powered IT workflows.
- Work with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks and support smooth deployment.
- Contribute to product development, technical and design specifications, internal process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for nontechnical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, including at least 1 year of Workato experience.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of integration projects, automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and an RDBMS or NoSQL database.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience with iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, and cloud business applications such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, critical-thinking, analytical, communication, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills.
