Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using Workato’s Agentic AI platform.
- Build multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and automation workflows.
- Implement and deploy RAG systems using Workato connectors, workflows, and recipes.
- Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs and agents.
- Troubleshoot and analyze AI-driven architectures, scalable RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and improve scalable AI-powered IT workflows and system performance.
- Work directly with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions.
- Integrate AI workflows into customers’ existing IT frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and the Workato knowledge base.
- Participate in product development from ideation through implementation and assist with technical and design specifications.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience, including at least 1 year of Workato experience.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of integration projects, automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP/XML, JSON, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation platforms is a plus.
- Cloud technology experience, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure, is a plus.
- Experience with Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices, API-based and event-driven integration architecture, BPM, or RPA is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking, analytical, communication, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills.
