Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using Workato’s Agentic AI platform.
- Build multi-agent workflows, orchestration, automation, prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning capabilities.
- Implement and deploy RAG systems that provide context-aware, grounded, and real-time LLM responses.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with dynamic retrieval and agent-based decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, monitor, and improve AI-driven architectures, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Work directly with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored AI and RAG solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and Workato’s knowledge base.
- Participate in product development from ideation through implementation and assist with technical and design specifications.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech, BE, or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience, including at least 1 year of Workato experience.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on integration project experience, including automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation tools is preferred.
- Experience with cloud technologies, iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with cloud business applications such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is preferred.
- Knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, critical-thinking, analytical, communication, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills.
