Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable Java code and implement new features according to coding standards.
- Optimize existing code for improved performance.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and fix software bugs using specialized Java debugging tools.
- Design and build developer tools and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain IDE plug-ins, domain-specific languages, compilers, and owned frameworks.
- Integrate tools with the existing project infrastructure and manage the full lifecycle of developed code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional Java development experience, using Java 11 or above.
- At least 1 year of experience with Eclipse or a similar IDE for development.
- Proficiency in writing clean and maintainable Java code.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Google Guice, JUnit, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Xtext, Eclipse Modelling Framework, Language Server Protocol, and Mockito is beneficial.
