Responsibilities
- Design innovative software solutions for new transactional developments with technical leads and architects.
- Implement business functionality across appropriate Avaloq software layers.
- Improve reliability through automated testing.
- Own, maintain, and optimize assigned software modules.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and colleagues across departments.
- Develop subject-matter expertise within a functional area.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client focus and communication skills in English.
- Motivation to learn across various software layers and work collaboratively with a structured approach.
- Interest in banking.
- Experience in the financial industry is a bonus.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and relational database systems is a bonus.
- Business knowledge in investment and trading is a bonus.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a bonus.
