Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows.
Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
Contribute technical content to the OpenAI Cookbook to support the developer community.
Gather product insights from customer deployments and translate them into product proposals.
Influence customer strategy regarding AI coding tools and their integration into workflows.
Advise on solution architecture, operational readiness, and best-practice adoption.

5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
Active power user of AI coding tools with a customized developer workflow.
Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes using Codex.
Proven ability to deliver engaging workshops and technical training to engineering teams.
Experience contributing technical guides or examples publicly.
Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and iterate toward solutions.
