Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Codex technical subject matter expert for a portfolio of customers.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from rapid prototypes through production rollout.
- Build demos, reference implementations, integrations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
- Contribute examples, guides, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook.
- Translate customer deployment insights into product proposals and model feedback.
- Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security considerations, and best practices.
- Influence customer strategies, technical roadmaps, and organizational workflows for AI coding adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical experience.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with a deeply customized developer workflow.
- Experience building demos, integrations, prototypes, and workflow automations.
- Experience delivering large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
- Experience contributing technical guides, patterns, examples, or other public technical content.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, iterate with customers, and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
- Commitment to customer success, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
