Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM and automation development activities, including code quality, platform administration, and delivery.
- Review and validate requirements, estimate work, and align solutions with business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement ITSM and automation solutions such as workflows, forms, interfaces, and customizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams during CST overlap hours.
- Support QA, UAT, production releases, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and delivery quality.
- Implement AI-enabled and agentic capabilities across ITSM technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years of experience in ITSM, automation, and software development technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, client/server scripts, workflows, REST API, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with AI, agentic capabilities, and platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, MuleSoft, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical-thinking, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, project-management, and root-cause-analysis skills.
