Base Salary
$138k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases against operational requirements to validate system performance across deployment scenarios.
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
- Apply software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
- Contribute to software component design, hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS tool integration, and system-to-component requirements analysis.
- Troubleshoot and debug software and support testing across unit and system levels.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; CCA-eligible candidates may be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 7 years of experience for SWE1, 14 years for SWE2, or 20 years for SWE3, with a BS degree.
- Experience with software testing, including unit and system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Understanding of networking concepts including the OSI Model and TCP/IP.
- Experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or comparable programming languages.
- Desired qualifications include a master's degree or PhD, FPGA programming, embedded Linux development, ARM-based Linux, automated unit testing, Linux package creation, TCP/IP and socket programming, and Atlassian product experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required for the government security clearance process.
