Responsibilities
- Deliver automated and manual testing to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Own test scope, test progress reporting, and adherence to testing methodology and project controls.
- Plan, delegate, monitor, and control Test Team activities throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure test plans are adequately resourced and that testing deliverables, milestones, and phases are accepted.
- Act as the Test Team contact and escalate actions, issues, and risks to the Project Team or Steering Group.
- Provide support and guidance to Test Consultants, Test Analysts, and junior test team members.
- Assess products and requirements for quality and accuracy and ensure high-quality test scripts are prepared.
- Organize and manage test meetings and provide junior Test Lead support on smaller projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium Grid, WebDriver, C#, SQL, Ruby, Specflow, and Cucumber.
- Experience with JavaScript, SOAP, REST-based APIs, and DevOps/Test Plan APIs.
- Security Clearance or eligibility for Security Clearance.
- Good understanding of software testing and development processes and the business approach.
- Strong written documentation, presentation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Performance testing and Azure load testing experience using tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, and K6 is highly desirable.
- Accessibility testing experience is desirable.
- Experience using AI technologies such as Co-Pilot is required or expected as stated in the posting.
