Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing software functionality and performance.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Participate independently in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members in software development tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Siemens Mendix is required.
- Proficiency in Siemens Mendix is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Understanding of software development best practices and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Good communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
