Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps delivery for cloud-native applications across development and multi-region production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform across services including EKS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, WAF, IAM, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch.
- Own infrastructure promotion workflows, CI/CD pipelines, shared templates, multi-environment rollouts, and deployment automation.
- Establish observability for new services through centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts, and operational support expectations.
- Coordinate cross-repository releases, Terraform applies, service deployments, third-party integrations, release sequencing, and stakeholder communication.
- Onboard new services and greenfield projects by analyzing deployment requirements, creating Terraform workspaces, and authoring runbooks and architecture documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve production and pre-production issues using monitoring tools, Kubernetes tools, cloud diagnostics, pipeline logs, and infrastructure state analysis.
- Implement security and compliance controls including least-privilege IAM, Wiz pipeline integration, supply-chain risk review, and Terraform governance.
- Define operational readiness practices including monitoring, private DNS and VPN routing, deployment validation, rollback planning, and incident response playbooks.
- Research platform modernization options and present data-driven improvement proposals to leadership and partner teams.
- Manage incident tickets, change requests, CAB activities, release coordination, SLAs, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or software engineering roles supporting production systems in AWS.
- Ability to code and script with emphasis on incremental development, testing, automation, and reliable deployments.
- Experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core APIs, AWS services, Terraform, containers, Kubernetes/EKS, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub, and Argo CD.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases, React/TypeScript, observability and monitoring tools, logging and search platforms, NGINX or IIS, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Strong understanding of Git, continuous integration and deployment, environment promotion, and release automation.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices including test-driven design, dependency injection, DRY principles, rapid prototyping, and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Prior experience supporting client product implementations and production rollouts.

- Starting base pay is $100,000-$122,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
