Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions including product/pricing logic and quote templates.
- Build custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow; integrate CPQ with ERP and billing tools.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead CPQ projects from technical design to deployment and ongoing support.
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and automation across CPQ processes.
- Manage deployments with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools; support reporting through SOQL/SQL queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of related experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- 5+ years of focused experience leading complex Salesforce CPQ projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Platform Security.
- In-depth mastery of the Salesforce CPQ object model and advanced pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and their integration into quote-to-cash processes.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
- Strong command of Salesforce DevOps best practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
