Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold code quality and standards across the repository.
- Lead high-level design sessions and select appropriate architectural patterns.
- Develop internal tools to simplify infrastructure complexities for feature teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Oversee features from requirement analysis through to deployment.
- Debug production outages and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate feature development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Ability to develop software in a full-stack Java and web technology environment.
- Experience in building and scaling distributed systems in cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML adoption and integration into workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language like Java or C++.
