Responsibilities
- Work with Product Leadership to define technical milestones aligned with business goals.
- Lead the design of distributed, event-driven, and cloud-native systems.
- Drive the adoption of AI-native engineering within the team.
- Set and enforce standards for system design and code quality.
- Create frameworks that empower engineering teams to ship faster.
- Act as the final escalation point for critical production issues.
- Mentor Senior Engineers and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Java and modern web technologies.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems in AWS cloud-native environments.
- Experience in AI/ML integration is preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security.
