Responsibilities
- Define observability strategy, architecture, standards, governance, compliance, and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, tagging and telemetry standards, golden signals, KPIs, dashboards, and reliability metrics.
- Design and lead integrations across CI/CD, observability, ITSM, incident, change, and release management platforms.
- Configure event correlation, alert tuning, AIOps use cases, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, predictive insights, automation, runbooks, and self-healing workflows.
- Lead application onboarding, standards adoption, observability maturity assessments, stakeholder workshops, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface and promote SRE, DevOps, and observability best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and Managed environments, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, digital experience monitoring, and AIOps.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud infrastructures.
- Experience with ActiveGate, OneAgent, Network zones, extension deployment, and SNMP device monitoring.
- Understanding of SRE, DevOps, observability principles, CI/CD integrations, ITSM workflows, incident management, automation, scripting, and AIOps implementations.
- Experience creating dashboards, defining alert strategies, and working with enterprise observability and reliability metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical architecture skills.
- Preferred: Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification, ITIL or service management experience, enterprise security and compliance exposure, and multi-tenant or large enterprise experience.
