Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and processing pipelines for healthcare data.
- Integrate and optimize AI components for intelligent features.
- Collaborate with frontend, data, and AI teams for user experience.
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development.
- Implement observability for services and data pipelines.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with backend best practices and AI trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong experience in system design and data processing.
- Understanding of backend observability techniques.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases.
- History of delivering high impact projects.
- Minimum of 2 years in a startup environment.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for product development and ownership of projects.
- Commitment to software development best practices.
- Desire to help build an engineering team from the ground up.
