Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support applications on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
- Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Deposit Account Opening, and Customer Onboarding.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
- Implement workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and business automation.
- Integrate Salesforce and nCino with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Apply Salesforce and nCino development, security, and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform Development and hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System.
- Proficiency in Apex, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
- Preferred experience in banking or financial services, nCino Commercial Lending, and Loan Origination processes.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce and/or nCino certifications are preferred.
