Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing capabilities for embedded hardware, cyber platforms, and operational software systems.
- Develop automated validation frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and hardware-in-the-loop testing across hardware and software solutions.
- Support verification activities involving firmware, networking systems, and mission-driven software capabilities.
- Debug complex hardware/software system interactions and produce clear technical test documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to support product reliability, operational effectiveness, and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or test engineering.
- Strong programming experience in Python, C/C++, and/or Rust.
- Experience deploying automated test frameworks such as pytest or Robot.
- Experience testing embedded or Linux-based systems platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging complex hardware/software system interactions and writing technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills across engineering and customer teams.
- Active U.S. security clearance.
- Preferred experience includes hardware-in-the-loop and device automation, embedded systems, networking devices, mobile testing, Docker, Kubernetes, QEMU, Wireshark, Scapy, RF or wireless systems, firmware, drivers, low-level code or services, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, penetration testing, observability, telemetry, or reliability engineering.
