Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and ship impactful changes across mobile, web, services, and data layers.
- Architect systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and offline behavior.
- Lead technical design reviews, considering product impact and operational costs.
- Drive operational maturity in release management, observability, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineering leaders to prioritize and shape product development.
- Set technical standards by writing prototypes and teaching best practices.
- Communicate technical trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software experience with hands-on coding.
- Deep knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, particularly iOS and/or Android.
- Experience in web frontend, backend services, or data/infra alongside mobile.
- Strong product judgment and ability to defend decisions with evidence.
- Comfort with troubleshooting across technology stacks.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
