Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Informatics and Customer Success to understand customer challenges and develop and pilot clinical solutions on the Layer Health platform.
- Work with Engineering to apply best practices, adopt developer tooling, and assess production feasibility for proof-of-concepts.
- Produce technical documentation, including technical designs and architectural diagrams.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for clinical solutions.
- Align solutions with clinical workflows, standards, and integration pipelines.
- Translate pilot lessons into future Product roadmaps.
- Streamline initial testing and validation of health-system integrations using FHIR, HL7, and related standards.
- Perform exploratory data analysis on clinical data with ML and data science teams.
- Stay current with clinical standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to clinical solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience deploying solutions into healthcare systems in solutions engineering, clinical informatics, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare data, and standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Fluency in Python, Pandas, standard API frameworks, and other common programming languages and libraries.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and requirements for deploying secure solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- Passion for transforming healthcare with state-of-the-art AI technology.
