Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Informatics and Customer Success teams to develop and pilot clinical solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to adopt best practices and assess feasibility of solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, including design and architectural diagrams.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for clinical solutions.
- Align solutions with clinical workflows and integration pipelines.
- Translate lessons learned from pilots into future product roadmaps.
- Streamline testing and validation of integrations with health systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis with ML and data science teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, clinical informatics, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, data, and standards like HL7 and FHIR.
- Fluency in Python, Pandas, and standard API frameworks.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and secure solution deployment requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.
- Passion for transforming healthcare with AI technology.
