Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI-enabled applications and workflows for investment research and operational processes.
- Develop integrations with data sources to enhance information access and reduce manual work.
- Contribute to data pipelines and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Organize and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
- Implement data validation and quality checks for investment data reliability.
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams to develop technical solutions.
- Explore and prototype emerging AI technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to system improvements.
- Stay updated on developments in AI, software engineering, and financial technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets and technology's role in investment decision-making.
- Proficient programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
- Interest in AI, large language models, and workflow automation.
- Exposure to software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and cloud technologies is a plus.
