Responsibilities
- Partner with SCQR leaders to identify AI opportunities that enhance workflows.
- Design and build AI agents and tools using real SCQR data.
- Deliver production-ready tools for daily team use.
- Conduct coaching sessions and create documentation for team members.
- Develop reusable components and playbooks for future interns.
- Present progress and impact to SCQR leadership regularly.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Able to commit to a minimum of a 12-week co-op term.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems.
- Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, or MCP server development.
- Fluency in Python and experience with LLM provider APIs.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio of an agentic system built end-to-end.
