Base Salary
$177k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and design discussions to create scalable, resilient AWS solutions designed for successful cloud deployment.
- Advise customers on advanced cloud solutions, cloud migration strategies, and AWS best practices.
- Author and contribute to customer-facing AWS publications, whitepapers, and proofs of concept.
- Partner with sales teams to formulate and execute strategies that drive AWS adoption and exceed revenue objectives.
- Build relationships with senior customer technical stakeholders and help develop cloud advocates.
- Mobilize AWS and partner resources to execute customer adoption strategies and share best practices across the Solutions Architect community.
- Travel approximately 20%.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- At least 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: at least 7 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
