Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and system components.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement integrations connecting software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain reliability and quality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to architecture and key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and create technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
