Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical IT lead for the Workday ecosystem.
- Lead bi-annual releases and execute regression testing.
- Develop robust integrations using Workday Studio and other tools.
- Architect cross-platform workflows using iPaaS solutions.
- Implement secure data exchange solutions using APIs.
- Collaborate with IT Security on identity management.
- Enforce Role-Based Access Control and conduct system audits.
- Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex system issues.
- Resolve data discrepancies between HRIS and downstream systems.
- Translate complex technical constraints into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems Engineering or HRIS Administration.
- Deep technical knowledge of Workday integrations, Security, and Reporting.
- Proven experience with Workday Studio and iPaaS tools.
- Proficiency in WQL / SQL and experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of PGP encryption/decryption and SFTP.
- Familiarity with Okta lifecycle management and identity protocols.
- Experience in a public company or highly regulated environment.
