Responsibilities
- Scope how Ava fits into each customer's go-to-market stack.
- Engineer customer-specific features and integrations across our TypeScript full-stack codebase.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and drive adoption with customer success managers.
- Travel to customer offices for in-person discovery and onboarding.
- Join sales calls to provide technical credibility and assist in closing deals.
- Stay hands-on throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure measurable ROI.
- Feed customer insights back to product and engineering to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a forward-deployed/solutions engineer, field engineer, or full-stack engineer.
- Strong TypeScript experience across the stack, including Node.js and React.
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with RevOps leaders and sales teams.
- Experience integrating with CRMs and sales tech like Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and architect solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%, to meet customers.
