Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently drive and deliver medium-to-large projects from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define business requirements and scope options.
- Architect and implement high-quality solutions for larger projects.
- Write clean, well-tested code that follows best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and design changes for multi-developer projects.
- Serve as a technical expert and introduce new paradigms to existing systems.
- Implement tooling and process changes to increase team velocity.
- Onboard and mentor teammates, increasing their velocity by unblocking them.
- Monitor for issues and bugs related to the team's work.
- Create and refactor documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or in a related field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, ReactJS, Node, Java, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, .NET, MongoDB, C#, C, HTML, and CSS.
