Responsibilities
- Optimize search quality to provide users with the best search experience.
- Apply machine learning, NLP, and multimodal techniques to improve search ranking algorithms.
- Work on query understanding, video understanding, and multiple levels of result ranking.
- Build and own a full-stack vertical search engine system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with search or recommendation algorithms.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.
- Strong algorithm and data-structure skills.
- Experience in one or more of NLP, ranking, advertising, search engines, recommender systems, or machine learning.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills are preferred.
