Responsibilities

Implement part or all of agreed technical solutions for clients.
Provide detailed technical designs and planning support for enterprise solutions in multiple-system environments.
Lead small to medium technical projects and specific integration activities.
Advise customers on solution and integration opportunities and apply technology and consulting to business problems.
Translate customer requirements into high-level designs, requirements documents, statements of work, proposals, and technical reports.
Participate in presales and selling activities with sales and principals.
Create and share knowledge materials, document project learnings, and contribute to professional communities.

At least 5 years of professional experience.
Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area, or 3 additional years of relevant professional experience without a degree.
Broad and deep technical knowledge, including mastery of at least one technical discipline and strong knowledge of at least three major technology areas.
Experience leading a small team in delivering a specific deliverable.
Advanced business, technical, or functional knowledge and the ability to resolve problems involving combinations and interactions of products.
Ability to lead customer status and technical interchange meetings on small to medium engagements.
Strong consulting, communication, presentation, documentation, requirements analysis, design, estimation, and proposal-writing skills.
Japanese language capability as indicated by the role title.
