Responsibilities
- Lead SAP WM functional activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Gather requirements, conduct workshops and fit-gap analyses, and design SAP WM solutions.
- Configure SAP WM warehouse structures, storage types and bins, putaway and picking strategies, replenishment, inventory, physical inventory, transfer orders, handling units, and RF processes.
- Design and optimize inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Manage SAP WM integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, LE, EWM, and S/4HANA where applicable.
- Lead build/configuration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder status updates.
- Lead and mentor SAP WM consultants and analysts, allocate work, and monitor delivery quality.
- Prepare functional specifications, business requirements documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and related documentation.
- Resolve critical production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement warehouse process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management and SAP WM configuration and solution design.
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, inventory management, physical inventory, and warehouse logistics processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, and LE.
- Experience with RF processes, handling units, transfer orders, warehouse execution processes, ABAP teams, middleware teams, and interface teams.
- Experience with SAP EWM and/or S/4HANA warehouse processes is preferred.
- Ability to lead functional teams, mentor consultants, manage multiple priorities, and drive end-to-end workstream delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, analytical, ownership, leadership, and documentation skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
