Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support and extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.
- Develop software and operational tools primarily in Java and AWS.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Improve infrastructure, operational performance, and system stability.
- Own technical components, resolve defects through root-cause analysis, and participate in design, code, and procedure reviews.
- Drive technology projects, company-wide campaigns, compliance and risk initiatives, and pipeline automation and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Experience supporting technology teams and solving infrastructure or operational problems.
- Ability to code in Java and work with AWS technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, research root causes, and resolve defects thoroughly.
- Ability to make technical trade-offs, participate in reviews, and own technical components.
- Customer-focused communication and creative problem-solving skills.
