Responsibilities
- Define and evolve target architectures, guiding principles, and integration standards for AI and agentic solutions.
- Design and maintain shared infrastructure for the security, resilience, observability, and cost control of AI solutions.
- Guide AI platform evolution and integration with GIRO’s technology ecosystem.
- Define reusable frameworks, components, and development standards for agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
- Design agent orchestration, oversight, and collaboration mechanisms.
- Guide context, memory, RAG, and enterprise knowledge management while protecting sensitive data.
- Define engineering and delivery practices for controlled AI solution deployment.
- Implement governance, security, observability, AIOps, and AI FinOps mechanisms for AI platforms.
- Support teams in evaluating, productionizing, and continuously improving AI solutions.
- Monitor AI technology trends and collaborate with architecture, data, security, and development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in solution, system, or technology platform architecture.
- Expertise designing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency with generative AI models, agentic systems, and distributed architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-agent systems, orchestration mechanisms, and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency with RAG, vector databases, and context and memory management.
- Expertise with Microsoft Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of observability and AI platform operations principles, including AIOps.
- Knowledge of AI security, data protection, and AISecOps practices.
- Understanding of AI governance and cost optimization principles, including AI FinOps.
- Ability to define standards, document architectures, and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and technical communication skills.
- Strong interest in monitoring technology trends and the evolution of AI technologies.
