Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Create architecture diagrams, data models, and detailed technical specifications.
- Build and configure Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Develop and manage Power Automate workflows for business-process automation.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports for business intelligence and analytics.
- Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Establish and enforce Power Platform and Dynamics 365 governance standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor developers and promote Power Platform best practices.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience designing Power Automate workflows and process orchestration.
- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience integrating Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, technical specifications, system design, Dynamics 365 CRM modules, security models, and business-process configuration.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience mentoring developers and establishing Power Platform best practices.
- Ability to independently drive end-to-end solution implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, business requirements gathering, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform Center of Excellence implementation, Azure DevOps CI/CD for Dynamics 365 deployments, REST APIs, and custom connector development.
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience is preferred.
