Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise, application, integration, data, security, API, cloud, and SaaS architecture for UKG Pro environments.
- Design HCM integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware or iPaaS, and event-based and batch interfaces.
- Integrate UKG Pro with ADP Payroll, Workday Timekeeping, IAM, Finance/ERP, benefits, talent, ServiceNow or similar HR service platforms, and data/analytics platforms.
- Perform data transformation and mapping, integration monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Own system-of-record and data-ownership modeling and run architecture governance as the design authority.
- Lead architecture discussions with HR, payroll, timekeeping, IT, security, integration, and business stakeholders.
- Support global HR organizations spanning multiple countries and legal entities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture.
- At least 5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, ideally in architecture or solution leadership roles.
- Experience delivering in complex enterprise landscapes where UKG Pro, ADP, and Workday coexist.
- Deep knowledge of UKG Pro People Center/Core HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Working experience across UKG Pro Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Document Management, People Assist, and Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong understanding of UKG Pro security, roles, workflows, employee data, organizational structures, and integrations.
- Experience with global HR organizations, HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR, and large HCM implementations or platform consolidations.
- Ability to work across functional HR and technical architecture domains and demonstrate strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication.
- Preferred UKG Pro certifications, such as Core HR or integration-related credentials.
- Preferred hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform such as Boomi or SSP CPI.
