Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical enablement for enterprise customers across multiple Qualys cybersecurity products.
- Conduct kickoff sessions, product walkthroughs, configuration workshops, training sessions, and success-criteria tracking.
- Deploy and configure Qualys agents, sensors, connectors, and APIs across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Integrate solutions with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, and CRI-O environments.
- Support asset discovery, patch deployment, vulnerability scanning, policy configuration, compliance workflows, and security dashboards.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guide customer adoption, and align implementations with business, security, and compliance goals.
- Partner with Product Management, Support, and Engineering to resolve implementation issues and improve onboarding frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as onboarding, professional services, customer success, pre-sales, or support.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments with working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, and threat detection tools.
- Ability to deploy and manage endpoint agents, connectors, policy configurations, security scanning tools, configuration baselines, patch rollouts, and dashboards.
- Strong communication, presentation, client engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder education skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple onboarding projects, collaborate empathetically, and support a flexible schedule.
- Prior Qualys platform experience and understanding of IT asset management, configuration compliance, security operations workflows, Kubernetes, Docker, or CRI-O are preferred.
