Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery of bespoke software projects.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks to improve software reliability.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Analyze complex systems and identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in automated testing is required.
- Proficiency in automated testing is required.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks is required.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and relevant scripting languages is required.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive testing strategies is required.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
