Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Set and enforce development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement in development workflows and project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to evaluate and improve system scalability and performance.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing collaborative development efforts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
