Responsibilities
- Produce solution or infrastructure deliverables using coding and programming skills within project timelines and specifications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
- Maintain and enhance systems by fixing complex errors, raising risks, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Capture user requirements and translate designs and solution architecture into design specifications.
- Monitor emerging technologies, report risks and opportunities, and identify continuous improvement areas.
- Develop and promote best practices for Office 365 usage, operations, and development.
- Deliver SharePoint, Power Platform, and Enterprise Content Management solutions for clients across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a bachelor's or master's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Four to six years of Office 365 implementation and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and Office 365, including SharePoint architecture and SPFx.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, PowerShell, and PnP.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint Framework, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, jQuery, and related client-side technologies.
- Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft Syntex, Web APIs, PCF controls, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, prioritization, and initiative-taking skills.
- Ability to operate independently or with minimal supervision and work effectively with globally distributed teams.
