Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications, Agentic AI workflows, and RAG-based solutions.
- Build scalable Python services, REST APIs, and AI orchestration components.
- Implement solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and open-source LLMs.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, cloud, data, DevOps, and engineering teams to deploy production-ready solutions.
- Apply AI security, Responsible AI, governance, monitoring, and scalability best practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to reusable AI accelerators and frameworks.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or open-source LLM ecosystems.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience delivering AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
- Preferred exposure to AI use cases in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, SAP, Salesforce, Customer Service, or Legal domains.
- Experience building AI solutions for Legal and Compliance functions is a plus.
- Successful appointment requires completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
