Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, focusing on accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring field patterns and AI-stack friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and promote Google-grade development practices for long-term adoption and success.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer business problems and AI or hardware constraints for technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and using patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, or hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: Experience identifying business problems, translating hardware and AI constraints, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes on complex engagements.
- Preferred: Knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
