Responsibilities
- Understand partner needs, define technical problems, and build solutions that support adoption of Liberis products.
- Own delivery from an ambiguous initial problem through a working integration or solution.
- Write code across different languages and technology stacks to unblock partner delivery.
- Work directly with partner engineers and build lasting technical relationships with engineers and senior business stakeholders.
- Design agent-based workflows that make integrations faster and safer, while explaining their limitations to non-engineers.
- Debug cross-system issues using logs, traces, and partner-side symptoms, and explain incidents and their impact clearly.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Support, and Partner Managers to keep integrations reliable and supportable.
Requirements
- Proven software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript or C#/.NET, Next.js, and GCP.
- Experience taking a new product, system, or integration from an unclear problem statement to a working solution.
- Experience working directly with customers or partners to understand their problems and deliver software that meets their needs.
- Deep knowledge of APIs, authentication, webhooks, idempotency, SFTP, and batch file flows.
- Ability to debug systems not written by you using logs, traces, and partner-side symptoms.
- Experience using AI coding tools and applying judgment to assess their output and limitations.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders and navigate difficult conversations.
- Experience designing agent-based workflows and explaining their limits to non-engineers.
- Experience taking end-to-end ownership of projects and collaborating across multiple business and technical functions.
