Base Salary
$55k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications using .NET and Java.
- Translate healthcare provider business requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
- Drive code reviews, development standards, secure coding practices, and overall technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, distributed teams, and stakeholders to deliver applications, integrations, and production-ready releases.
- Mentor and guide development teams on .NET, Java, application architecture, and healthcare provider workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on .NET and Java development experience, including designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare provider processes including provider enrollment, credentialing, provider management, and claims support.
- Experience with application architecture, object-oriented design, secure coding, and scalable solution development.
- Proficiency with relational databases, SQL development, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment with distributed teams and stakeholders.
