Base Salary
$55k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL processes and healthcare provider business requirements.
- Architect and develop secure, reliable, scalable .NET APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, data models, and data management processes for reporting and operational performance.
- Oversee .NET application development and maintenance, including architecture, coding standards, and application security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and projects.
- Mentor technical team members, support incident and problem management, and promote automation, continuous improvement, and platform reliability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise application development experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow, .NET APIs, SQL, and .NET technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Experience designing and supporting integrated enterprise solutions using APIs, relational databases, and ServiceNow.
- Strong SQL development skills, including data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization, and database administration concepts.
- Experience in the Healthcare Provider domain, including provider management, eligibility, claims, enrollment, or related workflows.
